This is the Grammar Section. Welcome!
Grammar at this stage is still learned inductively. Structures are always part of communicative activities which have meaning and interest to the children, but some rules will be presented in a formal way.

GRAMMAR
A noun is a naming word.
It names a person, animal, place or thing.
Nouns that don’t begin with a capital letter are common nouns.
Proper nouns name a specific person, animal, place or thing.

Singular means one.
Plural means more than one.
Most nouns form their plurals by adding -s or -es. They are regular plurals.
Some nouns have irregular plurals.
